Reflection re teacher as inquiry 2

Strategies that are working:

- One to one time is proving to be effective
- Questioning is effective
- Recent professional reading re-enforces that I have made the right decision focusing on decoding skills (see previous post)

Strategies that might not be working.....

- I dont think that I have made effective use of the modelling book. How can I improve this?
