How do I ensure clear communication between learners, colleagues and whanau?

What next steps may I need to take?

In my role as sports co-ordinator I aim to communicate information in a timely fashion. This is not always easy as it requires a certain degree of forethought. Communicating through a number of channels is also something I strive to do.

As a busy classroom teacher, I often aim to communicate with whanau, but don't do it as much as I should as this is something that 'drops off' when I become busy. I need to make it easy for myself to do this in a time efficient way. Also, if I say I am going to do it, but don't set aside time to do it, then it is unlikely that it will happen.

Therefore, in the future my goal is to send at least 3 text messages every Friday afternoon be for I leave and re-hydrate. Using text message will ensure that it is quick and easy. I will aim for a ratio of at least 4/5 positive comments.
