Reflection - 25/04
My goal this year is to tailor my learning programmes to ensure all students have an equal opportunity to achieve success. I have chosen this goal as I have noticed that there are a few students that have difficulty following instructions, getting started and completing learning tasks independently.
Ideas:
- Giving instructions in a variety of forms.
- Making instructions clear, concise and easy to follow
- Buddy students up with more capable students.
- Provide visual reminders
- High floor, low ceiling tasks
- Personalised 'To Do' lists
- Now/Next systems
