I plan to spend more time planning and anticipating student responses and what I will do to either support or extend students. This will support my learners as I will be able to provided them with appropriate amount of scaffolding based their needs. Doing this will help to grow my teaching as it will enable me to best respond to student needs, which when you think about it, is one of the key roles as a teacher.
