Reflection - 14.07

We are in the middle of assessment, reflect on what your data is telling you using a PMI. This could include: 

  • Students

  • Trends

  • Intervention

  • Teaching

Good to see structured literacy having a positive impact on student achievement

Measurement strand data overall was positive.

There has been growth in student mult/div and add/sub stages. 
Several students are still on the same OTJ as they were last year. In general the students that haven't moved can be explained by concerns with either behaviour or attendance. 




How will this data influence your term 3 programme? 


I am conscious that I need to spend more time addressing the proportions and ratios domain in Term 3.


We have looked at surface features, such as punctuation this Term, however this has not been embedded in students' independent learning. This learning needs to be revisited next Term and reenforced through continued practise.
