How do I help support my colleagues to strengthen teaching and learning?

I help to strengthen my colleagues teaching by always being open to discuss their issues or concerns with them and by openly sharing my teaching resources and lessons. For example at beginning of this Term one of my colleagues was searching for inspiration around her writing programme. I shared with her the resources I had already prepared to give her something to use or give her ideas for her own lessons.
During our team meetings we often discuss behavioural concerns and open this discussion up to the group to offer suggestions. I am always willing to contribute during these discussions and offer my ideas and suggestions.
