WHAT
SO WHAT/NOW WHAT
One of the things that stood out for me was the way that Dinah always bookened each session with links back to the learning. The recap at the end of the session was primarily done through questioning the students, sometimes using DATS, such as prompting, to help elicit the correct response. This is something that I will make a conscious effort to do more regularly in my sessions.
I was also drawn to how Dinah was able to add a competitive aspect to activity one. This made students more engaged and eager to complete the learning to find out the results. This is something that I am keen to do more of during my sessions.
Welcome to my professional teaching blog. On this blog you will find all my professional reflections, professional development and educational bits-and-pieces.
