What investment have you made into building effective relationships?
I have made a big effort in these first two weeks to be as present as possible. I have made it a goal
of mine to get up and around the classroom as much as possible. This has enabled to have
conversations with a wide range of students in a short space of time. It shows to the students that
I am genuinely interested in them and what they are doing which has helped me to connect with students
and build effect relationships.
