From retreat, what have you actioned/implemented about our Dispositions?
With our focus on Growth Mindset in Term 1, this has been our big focus as a class. We have used several videos as a launch pad to discuss aspects of Growth Mindset. We have also touched on the learning pit and how it feels at each stage of the journey.
What are your next steps?
Our next steps are to delve further into the learning pit. Students will be given a challenge that will put them to the bottom of the pit with the aim of talking about what it feels like to be at the bottom and draw parallels with other areas of life
