Reflection - 25.10
Inclusion: What have you specifically and deliberately done to ensure your ORS or Neuro-Diverse or Trauma Impacted child have had their needs met and/or been fully included in the class and programme.
There is one ORS student in our class. There have been several ways that this student has been included in the classroom programme. One way has been to include them in our classroom reward system by giving them Dojo points along with the other students in the class. Additionally, when this student is present in the class, they are invited to join in with whole class activities such as Circle Time and Kahoots. There are students that often volunteer to work with or help this student. Finally, another way that we include them is by saying good morning in the morning. This student arrives slightly later than others, but we always make the effort to welcome them and say good morning each day.
