Refleciton - 30.04
Whenever we have visitis to our kura they comment on the wairua (feel) of CNS. Why do you think this is?
My belief is that this comes about because we are all on the same page about what we believe, what we value and what we promote at our kura. One of the core things that sits at the heart of this is how at our school we always look to connect before addressing other things. This has trickled down from Team Manawatū PD with Carol lynch and is put into practise in all facets of our school interacitons, by all members of staff, in all instances.
