WHAT: - Recap on definitions - discipline, punishment, consequence, accountability - Connection activity with staff - Different quadrants of teaching - do, with, for, by - Reflection time - Pyramid of behaviours - W.A.R.M chats - restorative script - Restorative scenarios SO WHAT/NOW WHAT: - Make use of restorative conversation card - Use questions instead of statements where possible (fits more with the 'with' teaching model)
