Reflective Question:

How do I help support my colleagues to strengthen teaching and learning in my setting? 

I am a regular contributor during whole school and team meetings. I enjoy sharing my classroom successes and struggles with the aim of helping my fellow colleges.  I believe in the power of collaboration and sharing in improving student outcomes and have been involved in shared planning this year and am always forthcoming in sharing resources with my colleges. 

Where to Next?

I am now at the stage in my teaching career where I feel comfortable and confident in my teaching abilities. Next year in my new role there will more opportunities to pick up leadership and mentoring roles and I aim to grab these opportunities with both hands and make the most of them.
