Reflection - 22.08.2023

How do you use the skills and knowledge of your colleagues to support your pedagogical practice? For the most part this happens during our meetings and team planning sessions. We often have time to share the ideas, practices and pedegogies that we are implementing in our own spaces. This helps give me inspiration for ways in which I can adapt and improve my programme. We will often plan together as a team, collabrating to create units of work and associated resources. There is definitely scope to draw on the skills and knowledge of my team, and the wider school, to a greater extent in the future.
