Reflection - 07.11.23
It’s Week 5 of Term 4 - what are you doing to ensure your class gets to the end of the year with success?
Routines, stability, consistency. The daily, weekly programme will stay the same in A17 as long as possible. We know that students respond well to routine and feel comfotable and re-assured when they know how things will unfold. Additionally, I will continue to capture teachable moments that link back to our values. For example - we talked about a glow and a grow this morning. A glow was how we are using our manners, and a grow was picking up after ourselves. I have alos increased the frequeency of positive reenforcement and affimation to create a positive vibe across the classroom.
