Reflection - 12.03
We are now in Week 7 - take some time to reflect on some amazing things that are happening in your class, team and across the kura!
The thing that stands out for me in my akomanga at the moment is the how patient and kind students are with each other. Incidences of bickering and fighting are few and far between and students seem to have really clicked with each other. When we do group tasks, students are mixed up randomly, so at this point in the Term, students have all had the opportunity to work with all other students in the class. I think this has help them to gel.
Students have really enjoyed creating and sharing their Tuku Iho posters. Students speak with a real sense of pride about who, what and where they have chosen to include on their poster. These are now proudly displayed on the wall in our akomanga.
